Permit me to wax on that for a moment. . . Our experience in dealing with Crappy Larry must be atypical. If the average new home buyer had as bad an experience as we have, new homes would never be built. I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of monkeys. They constantly make mistakes. When you ask them to fix the screw ups they will first lie, then make threats, and then whine. More about lying later. The bottom line is that if you have a choice, don't build.
